The number of computer publications reflects our interest in computing. On the Web, you can find listings of currently published computer magazines and journals at www.internetvalley.com/top100mag.html. For PC users, the most popular hardware and software magazines are probably Computer Shopper (www.cshopper.com), InfoWorld (www.infoworld.com), PC Magazine (www.pcmag.com), PC Computing (www.pccomputing.com), and Windows (www.winmag.com). The most readable academic journal is Communications of the ACM. For general commentary about the computer industry, check your newsstand or the Web for Forbes (www.forbes.com), Upside (www.upside.com), and the Wall Street Journal (www.wsj.com).
